The second stage of the Braidwood Inquiry into the taser death of Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport on October 14, 2007 is now under way. This second stage involves providing the Dziekanski family with a complete record of what happened that day. The first stage involved hearings to enable the Commissioner, a former British Columbia Court of Appeal justice, to provide recommendations on the use of tasers by the police.
